The Cisco Security Technical Communications team is pleased to announce that Secure Access customer help content has moved to a new home on the Security Help Center: https://securitydocs.cisco.com/
By moving to the Help Center, Secure Access joins content for Security Cloud Control, AI Defense, AI Assistant, Multicloud Defense, Firewall Management Center, and other security products.
Why It Matters
The Security Help Center runs on a robust content management system that will improve our ability to deliver content in a more meaningful way for customers. We plan to take advantage of this new functionality and improve our content over the next few quarters, including:
- Restructuring content into smaller, more targeted articles and guides.
- Adding integrated solution content, use case documents, and troubleshooting content.
- Improving the findability of our content and augmenting AI training.
- Hosting how-to videos.
What Else to Know
We’ve implemented temporary redirect links in Secure Access. Those redirects will be available through November, so be sure to update your bookmarks to the new locations.
All Secure Access and Umbrella content will move to the Security Help Center before the end of November, except for the Secure Access for China help, which will remain in its current location.
