We are excited to announce the latest update to the Cisco Secure Access Status Portal. This update enhances the portal's layout to prioritize customer-requested information. Additionally, it introduces the capability for customers to subscribe to specific services and specific regions, thereby reducing the volume of notifications.
This change will go live on January 29th at 4pm PST.
Key Benefits of the Status Portal update
- Regions as the top-level: Components are now based on the region your services are located in.
2. Service Based Components: We are moving from a flow-based to a service-based approach. This will make it easier to determine which services are affected by an incident or maintenance.
