Release of Virtual Appliance (DNS Forwarder) - Version 3.8.3

On Monday, October 27^th, 2025, Virtual Appliance (DNS Forwarder) version 3.8.3 will be released to the Stage track.

On Monday, November 3^rd, 2025, Virtual Appliance (DNS Forwarder) version 3.8.3 will be released to the Production-1 track.

On Monday, November 10^th, 2025, Virtual Appliance (DNS Forwarder) version 3.8.3 will be released to the Production-2 and Production-3 track.

On Monday, November 17^th, 2025, Virtual Appliance (DNS Forwarder) version 3.8.3 will be released to the Production track.

Virtual Appliance versions that will upgrade to this latest version 3.8.3 are:

• GA Versions: 3.7.0, 3.7.1,
• Beta Version: 3.7.9
• LA Versions: 3.8.0, 3.8.1

• Includes iptable rules to stop tracking DNS traffic, thereby preventing the connection tracking table from overflowing
• New configuration option (via CLI) to support the new Saudi-preferred anycast IP addresses​
