After the IP address is changed on the Cisco Secure ACS for Unix, the "CiscoSecure INFO - libdb.so: Cannot connect to Database Server for connection 1 of 10 MaxConnection, retrying... " error message appears and TACACS does not work

Resolution

Complete these steps in order to resolve this issue:

1. $BASEDIR/CSU/libdb.conf
   
   Change the IP_Addr value to the new IP address.
   
   
2. $BASEDIR/config/CSU.cfg
   
   Change the value for the STRING config_server_ip_address parameter to the new IP address.
   
   
3. $BASEDIR/ns-home/admserv/ns-admin.conf
   
   Change the value for the Addresses parameter to the new IP address.
   
   
4. $BASEDIR/utils/sql.scripts/radius_init.data
   
   $BASEDIR/utils/sql.scripts/radius_drop.data
