I have the following VPN device;
Cisco 2811 System image file is "flash:c2800nm-advipservicesk9-mz.124-7.bin"
Now I am trying to build a VPN tunnel to Cisco VPN concentrator 3000.
I would like to know that my VPN parameters are compatible with the ones configured in 3000.
When I try to configure my 2811, I get the following choices;
> Router(config-isakmp)#hash ?
> md5 Message Digest 5
> sha Secure Hash Standard
Would this settings be both HMAC? The other end of the tunnel is configured with ESP/SHA/HMAC-160 or ESP/MD5/HMAC-128?
I would like to find out if I set it to either md5 or sha, will it work with ESP/SHA/HMAC-160 or ESP/MD5/HMAC-128?
