CSM サーバーから signature をダウンロードを試みたときに以下のエラーが発生する
問題が発生しております。

原因として、CSM がダウンロードを試みるサーバの証明書用の root 証明書が
無いこととなります。回避方法は以下の URL 内にある woraround に従い
CSM に新しい root 証明書のインストール実施をお願いいたします。
