I'm trying to automate the connection to VPN Client. The situation is that I have an external java application and I want it to run a batch file everyday to connect to VPN, transfer a file and then disconnect without any action from the user. I succeeded in creating a batch file that runs vpnclient on the command line and tries to connect to the desired connection with my username and password. My problem is that the domain name must be blank so the GUI prompts me to enter domain name and click OK. I looked it up online and found it was the expected behavior: "If the domain name is NULL, the GUI prompts the user for one." But I was wondering if there was a way to bypass it?
I'm running on Windows 7 professional 64 bits.
