How to upgrade or install CSA version 4.0 to the latest version

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform these steps:

1. When upgrading from 4.x, the latest version currently available is 5.0.0.176. Refer to Software Download.
   
   
2. Use the 5.0.0.176 image.
   
   
3. To obtain a license for the MC, e-mail licensing@cisco.com with the PAK number you received when you purchased your current version and the Cisco sales order number used to order the equipment documentation.
