Core issue
The installation of the Management Center for Cisco Security Agents (CSA MC) produces a log file called Management Center for Cisco Security AgentsInstallInfo.txt. This log file provides a detailed list of the installation tasks that were performed. If there is a problem with the installation, this text file provides information on which task failed during the installation.
Resolution
Refer to the Management Center for Cisco Security AgentsInstallInfo.txt, located in the CSCOpx\CSAMC\log directory. This can be viewed using any text editor.
