In CiscoSecure ACS version 3.2 for Windows, RADIUS attributes do not appear in the user/group profile page

Core issue

The issue was first found in CiscoSecure ACS for Windows 3.2(1.11) and is documented in Cisco bug ID CSCea55457.

After RADIUS attributes are enabled in the Interface Configuration section of the CiscoSecure ACS for Windows HTML interface, they do not appear or appear only partially in the Group Setup or User Setup page. For example, this can happen if RADIUS attributes are enabled for either the Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator or Microsoft on a group or user level.

Resolution

The workaround is to restart the CSAdmin service.
