Hi There,

 

Quick solution for error :

"ASDM was unable to load the firewall's configuration.  Please check connectivity to the device or try again later"

Two bugs :

1-https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCuw54048/?rfs=iqvred 

-Check compatabilities - ASA-ASDM-SFR

-Upgrade SFR to at least 6.0.2, however I recommend 6.2.3.

-Update the latest Java.

 

2-https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvj56189/?rfs=iqvred

-Check Java logs, it will show you; unsupported operating system. The Supported OS are: Windows XP (SP2), 7, 8, 10, Vista, 2003 (SP1), 2008, 2012, Mac OS X & Linux-  your current OS: Windows Server 2016.

Quick solution : Change to another operating system.
