Core issue

This issue occurs when Java is not installed in the hosting Microsoft Windows server.

Resolution

Install Java on the Windows server in order to resolve this issue.

Refer to Archive: Java[tm] Technology Products Download in order to download the latest J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE).

Refer to Install and Upgrade Guides for more information on the minimum requirements of Cisco Secure ACS for Windows.
