The CS-MARS is unable to generate accurate custom column reports, and the custom column reports generate empty results

Core issue

This issue occurs due to the presence of Cisco bug ID CSCsg02749.

Resolution

For a workaround:

Download and install the upgrade package csmars-4.2.3.2403.pkg in which the bug is fixed.

Note: Before you upgrade, read the upgrade instructions.  Refer to the Upgrade Instructions section of Quick Install and Release Notes for Cisco Security MARS Appliance 4.2.3 for more information.

Open a case with Cisco Technical Support with the TAC Service Request Tool if this issue still exists.
