The no active server found error message is received intermittently on the Cisco VPN 3000 Concentrator with software version 4.7

Core issue

This issue occurs due to the presence of Cisco bug ID CSCsc68352.

This problem occurs when the VPN 3000 running 4.7.2.B is configured with two RADIUS servers on the group. The RADIUS server does not come back online.
