Resolution
If you use a Cisco VPN Client version earlier than 4.6, add a rule in the Microsoft firewall to allow User Datagram Protocol (UDP) port 62515. To do this, perform one of these procedures:
- Microsoft Firewall GUI.
- Add an exception rule.
- Enter this command from a DOS prompt:
netsh fi add port UDP 62515 "Cisco VPN Service" enable all
As an alternative, upgrade the VPN Client to version 4.6 or later.
