Hi,
I have a Cisco Security Manager 4.12 Installed to manage our FWs.
My objective was to give a,b,c users read-only access to the CSM Client but the same time they need to see the hit counts of each rule in CSM.
With the below configurations, they have gained read-only access. To see the hit count, they might need to hit on “Refresh hit count” on the bottom right corner of the Configuration Manager - Access rule view. But the “Refresh hit count” button is inactive for those users.
- Created some new users ie. a,b,c
- Copied the” helpdesk “role and named differently.
- Added some more permission to the new customized role.
- Assigned the role to the new users.
Do you have any idea which permission blocks that users from seeing the "Refresh Hit Count " button? It is enabled when I am assigning " System Administrator" role or Security Administrator role. But I don't want to give write access to the new users.
Your help is appreciated ! Thanks.
