Is it possible to create a shared uplink set between 2 HP VC FlexFabric 10Gb/24-Port Module connecting to 2 Cisco 4500-Xs in VSS (total of 4 links)? Traditionally I've been created 1 SUS for each VC going into Cisco Nexus 5Ks. Each SUS is active/active and then within VMware each vSwitch has both SUS links. This works well, but I'd like to know if there's a better way to be doing things.

Hello Don,
In our environment, I have used 1 SUS (Bay1X5 + Bay1X6 + Bay2X5 + Bay2X6).
Connect VC Flex and Switch as follows:
Bay1X5>Switch1Port1
Bay1X6>Switch1Port2
Bay2X5>Switch2Port1
Bay2X6>Switch2Port2
Since you have VSS, create a port-channel and bundle all 4 links (LACP) together.
You will get 2 Active and 2 Standby simultaneously.
In this scenario, if switch1 or switch2 goes down, bandwidth will not be degraded.
I hope this would help.
Ashish.

AFAIK it is not possible to set up LACP across the VC bays. The VSS side supports multichassis LACP but VIrtualConnect side does not. (But the screenshot shows Active-Standby which does not seem to be LACP.)
