mysterious HSRP flap after interface down

Hi All.

I had an HSRP flapp on a N5K, which belongs to one of my customers.

It might or might not relate to an interface being down on one of the HSRP switches, however I have received this log messege:

N5K-NSR-B %HSRP_ENGINE-6-GRPSTATECHANGE: Interface Vlan3 IPV4 Grp 3 state changed from Standby to Listen reason Rx Hello-Hi Pri Sby.

I have searched google for some time now and have not found anything describing this log messege, after this log messege there was a lot of

HSRP flapping after which the network stabilized.

If anyone had such an experience I would really appreciate some help.

I have seen the the same message on nexus 7 k with iOS 6.1.3 while upgrading to 6.2.8a. Did you get any idea why they come... Seems like they are harmless messages as I dont see any flapping on the servers but this could be due to the HSRP Active Active . Your input is highly appreciated.
