Hello,
i want to use the Support API, i'm already using the OpenVulnAPI.
I don't see the Support API in the "myAPI" page so it seems i need to be authorized to use it.
i saw the PSS and SNTC onboarding process but it seems not to fit for me as a Gold Partner.
Partner Management says i shall email sc-community-mgrs@cisco.com but i get no Response.
Any help is welcome, thanx in advance.

Hello klohse,
At this time, the Support APIs are available only to SNTC customers and PSS partners. But from your CCO ID, I see that your company is a PSS partner.

My CCO ID is a partner CCO, what right should I ask for from our CCO Admin to grant to access support API? I need to research on EOX API

Hello,
The Support APIs, including EOX API, are included in the Smart Net Total Care service offer for customers and the Partner Support Service offer for partners. Each service offers has an on-boarding process that enables access to the APIs. Assuming you are a PSS partner, you will go with Getting Started with Cisco Support APIs for PSS.
