In Cisco Service Order Return (RMA) API is the Serial number of the Return Part included in Response Parameters ?

Hi Ketan,

Yes, once the part is received and processed by Cisco (and therefore the SN is entered into the system), the SN will be included in the API's response.

But I see that the receivedSerialNumber field is not listed in the SVO API's user guide - I need to get that updated....
