Services APIs - Access denied

Hi,

I want to access the Services APIs (https://developer.cisco.com/docs/service-apis/#!services-apis-base-urls).

I've created an application at https://anypoint.mulesoft.com/apiplatform and can generate an access token using the endpoint

https://cloudsso.cisco.com/as/token.oauth2

However when I send a request to the API (e.g. https://apx.cisco.com/cs/api/v1/inventory/hardware) I get a 403 response
with the message "Access Denied".
