Cisco RV220W PPTP VPN for Android

First let me state I am a novice and have no idea what I am doing.
I have a Cisco RV220w router Firmware Version 1.0.4.17 setup for on the subnet 192.168.1.1 / 255.255.255.0
My PPTP VPN is setup starting at 192.168.4.200 and I am able to connect via my android devices.  My problem is when connected via the VPN ie from 192.168.4.201 I can not see or ping anything on the 192.168.1.XXX subnet.  Since it is a class c address I the RV220W will not allow me to expand the subnet mask.  I tried changing to a class B IP address, to expand the Mask, but then the RV220W would not allow me to use any VPN address covered by the expended mask.

What do I need to do to get visibility of the base subnet, from the VPN subnet, since the RV220W will not allow the VPN PPTP VPN on the base subnet?

Clancy,

Good evening, I hope you are doing well.  How are you testing access to your 192.168.1.x /24 network from the PPTP client.  There are very few settings that can be adjusted on the RV220W with regard to PPTP and the defaults should allow you access to all  subnets behind the router.  Please test by pinging the LAN IP address of the RV220W, you should get replies.  Sometimes there are host firewall configurations that can prevent a LAN host from responding to what it sees as "remote" traffic.  Also, you do not need to expand your subnet mask to include the PPTP address range.  These addresses are auto-routed to the LAN as part of enabling the PPTP server.  You should also test from a laptop to make sure the issue is not on your android.  If you continue to have issues you can try upgrading the firmware on the RV220W also.

Regards,
