Cisco RVS4000 firmware update errors

I am trying to upgrade my Cisco RVS4000 4-port Gigabit Security Router - VPN to the latest firmware 2.0.0.3 During the update I get an error with the following message:

Upgrade file is not the correct type or version for this device.

Upgrade failed.

Please obtain the correct file and try again.

I read that firmware update 2.0.0.3 will not work on RVS4000 v2. My router is not a version 2 model. Any suggestions?

so here we are , its September 2012,

I have the same router and same upgrade problem.

What can we do??????????????????

The latest firmware for RVS4000 is 1.3.3.5.

Firmware 2.x is only good for RVS4000 v2 hardware.
