Friends need your help,
Wifi connects but does not deliver the IP and worse the signal is low at times, the two offices are not continuous over 6 meters with thin wall
a) update the firmware to the last, but still fails
b) perform the factory reset
c) leave the default settings and change the wifi password and name of SSID
what else I can do,
while waiting for your suggestions

Jose,
Are there other networks in range that may be using the same channel?
Have you tested within close range of the router to make sure it works?
Are the offices in the same building or are you describing a wireless connection between buildings?

Hola Marty, thanks for replying
There are other networks but not far and are on the same channel as verified.
Interestingly, it was working fine and more than a month and recently began failures.
Wired receive all ofocinas 2 are next to each other. A laptop that is only 4 meters from the router connects but does not get the ip.
Following your thoughts again another try with wifi and I'll tell you the results.
regards

Jose,
If the router was working fine before, there may be a problem with the configuration file. Try the following:
1) Back up the configuration file to your PC
2) Reset the router to factory defaults
3) Reconfigure the wireless settings and test
If it works, finish the configuration manually. If it does not work after reconfiguring it, please open a support case:
