Firmware update broke ShrewSoft

ShrewSoft client was working fine with RV260W,  firmware version 1.0.00.17. Installed 1.0.01.02 and ShrewSoft clients can no longer connect. Message is "User Authentication Error." All clients are affected. No other changes on either end.

Hi there,

Double-check VPN settings on the RV if something has been affected with the new software and then restart the ShrewSoft clients and the RV as well.

If the problem persists you could enable the syslog and gather the error messages for analysis.

I upgraded from 1.0.01.01 to 1.0.01.02. Right before fw upgrade VPN clients were able to connect, no issues. There were no changes made. After fw upgrade to 1.0.01.02, user is getting same error 'user authentication error'.

I rebooted the router RV260W one more time, then VPN users were able to connect.
