How do I assign a static internal IP in a RV042 router

Hi, How can I configure(in the router) an specific static internal IP address for instance (192.168.3.45) to an specific computer on my LAN? Is it enough to assign the static IP address in the computer only? My goal is to set this IP statically for Port Forwarding. I want to know as well how to setup (in a secure way) the remote administration of the router. Thank you
