Hi,
I work in an ISP and I recently bought some Cisco Small Business SRP500 series. I think it works great for small business, but I'd like to save a configuration file, so not to waste a lot of time everytime I configure them for customers. If I click on "Backup Configuration" in the Administration tab it saves just the connection data, but not the voice ones. It's the same problem that was in Linksys WRP400, but at least with Linksys you could save an html page and to reload it on the new devices.
Is there a way to save also voice config, or at least is Cisco working about it?
Thank you

Hi Luca,
Sure, you can grab the configuration in XML format as follows:
http://192.168.15.1/admin/config.xml
or
http://192.168.15.1/admin/config.xml&xuser=admin&xpassword=
When the XML file appears in your browser, right click to view source, then save that file. Saving that source ensures that you have a configuration file that can be used to reprovision the file later.
For your information, you can also grab /admin/status.xml in this manner too.
Hope that helps,
Andy
