Dear ALL,
I have got a public IP address from the ISP , I would like to forward the WAN public ip traffic to the LAN in order to access on my web server via a cisco rv042 , I have configured rv042 on getaway mode.
What I do :
I have configuring static IP in rv042
I have configured the internet is up working well.
I have pledged ISP link on internet port not DMZ port.
I have disabled all farewell to the VMs servers, so I’m able to ping any IP on local network switch rv042 ( 192.168.3.x ).
I have add all needed ip on access list
I have configured the NAT
please have a look on the diagram A1
My issue is I’m not able access on my server web thru the Cisco rv042, I add all ip on the access list with the right port ( setup --> forwarding console )
Then I would like to :
1) Assigned another port for remote server thru ilo ( picture A2 )
2) Create a vlan in order to install new PEO cisco switch on port 4 rv042 ( picture A2 ) after we will add another ISP Internet link.
3) Create secure access on my web application https.
Could you advise and help to resolve that, your help and support is match helpful
thanks in advance

The only picture that I am able to see is the A5 picture of routing. I do not see any default route. Is it configured and I just do not see it, or is that not yet configured? Also I wonder if the rv042 should be in router mode instead of gateway?

I do now see your pictures and I have these comments:
- I was not correct in suggesting that the config should have set mode as router. I assumed that this mode was intended to handle multiple networks. But I have looked into the documentation for rv042 and find that this is not correct. You should be using mode gateway (as you are).
- I believe that I was not right in suggesting that you needed a static default route. It is not clear but I believe that in configuring gateway mode that the rv042 automatically generates the default route.
- The WAN status looks good and the test ping was successful. So we know that part of the config is correct and working.
- you have set up forwarding of all ports to 192.168.3.70. I question whether you really want to do this.
- You have set up forwarding of port 80 to your server address. I believe that this should enable outside resources to access your web server using HTTP.
- It is not clear whether you want Internet to use HTTPS to access your web server. If so you probably want to also forward port 443.
- You have set up the DHCP pool and it looks like that would be ok. But it looks like your server is using 192.168.3.70 which falls into the DHCP pool. I suggest that either you find a way to exempt .70 in the DHCP pool or that you change the address of the server to be outside of the pool.
- You have set up a static route. I believe that it is not needed and suggest that you remove it.
- You attempted to set up management access on HTTPS and received an error. I believe that this is because of forwarding all ports (which I just mentioned). If you remove the forward all ports then I believe that 443 should be available for management access - but also think about my note asking whether Internet access to web server should include HTTPS, in which case you might need a different port for management access.
There are some things in the firewall section and access rules that we may want to look into. But first I would like to be sure that basic functionality is working.
Think about my suggestions and then let me know what is working and what is not working.

I am sorry that you are still not able to access the web server. Can you post a new set of pictures that have the new configuration after you made the changes. Also can you tell me these things and try these things:
- on which port is the server connected?
- if you changed the address of the server what is the new address
- what is the mask and what is the gateway configured on the server
- can you show the arp table from the server
- can you verify that ping from the router to Internet resources is still successful
- can the server ping the router LAN address 192.168.3.1
- can the server ping the router WAN address connected to ISP
- can the server ping the ISP address connected to the router
- can the server ping the Internet resource (the one you tested from the router)
