Not able to login using default ip on Sg300-10p switch

I am trying to reuse the SG300 switch and I order to do that I need to reset and reconfigure the switch. I've tried to reset the switch and login in using 192.168.1.254 IP but had no luck at all. Please help if any one has come across the similar issue.

 

Switch Details : SG300-10P

S/N : PSZ170300ZS

 

Let me know if any additional details required to resolve the issue.

You can try to access via Console and reset the device.

If you need help over WebEx, please open a case and we will help with the reset / recovery.
