Problem with rv215w router

I'm having trouble loading my router's web menu when using the Google Chrome browser.

Gives me an error: 

This site can’t provide a secure connection

10.11.12.1 uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

Chrome Version : 

Version 98.0.4758.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I tried and through my android phone gives me the same mistake.

How to solve the problem?

This is a decision to some extent. Only because of 3 devices I have to use an additional browser. I don't like that. How to solve the problem with Google Chrome?

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.
