My RV130 VPn router seems to have a corrupted firmware. The power led is blinking fast and doesnt react neither on the reset button nor can I connect from my PC.
How can I recover a valid firmware?

The RV130 does not have a recovery process for the firmware.
If a factory reset does not help, then you should consider replacing the device.
