Mr. Chatterjee,
I am not completely clear as to what your asking, however I believe your wanting to restrict people from access in the router for administration. You can go in the administration tab and allow only certain ip addresses to login into the routers gui.
The wireless you can restrict by not allowing wireless management to the device wirelessly.
