Disabling device tracking via a template in SDA

Hi,

I am having a problem of deactivating device-tracking via a template in SDA.
The problem here is that you cannot add no device-tracking attach-policy XYZ into a template.
Does anyone know if this is by design?

Currently on a C9300 Switch with a 17.06.03 version.
