What version of CatC (or DNAC) do you need to use the correct command to work as expected?

Do you know if the CatC is installed and working?

magctl Maglev Control: Used for monitoring and managing applications and services running within the Maglev platform (e.g., checking service status, application logs).
maglev System Administration: Used for core system functions, infrastructure updates, and high-availability operations (e.g., node management, network configuration, updates, password resets).

New version of CatC - TAC locks shell

DNA Center Software 2.3.7.7

waht I have to do th  checks the services ?

I have to open a case ?

what is the issue here? If you need shell access, open a TAC case. 2.3.7.7 Shell access only by TAC.

waht I have to do th checks the services ?

what services ? use magctl to check ?

DNA not accessible from LAN that that what I use CLI . I want to check the services before open a case with TACs or and restart them if one of them failed

could you give the commands to checks ?

"magctl service status" will list all services & their state but unlikely it will give you something to do w/o TAC engineer.do u access DNAC via KVM-console from CIMC of appliance? Is it standalone node? you always can reboot appliance via CIMC. did you do this already?
