LISP TROUBLESHOOTING: LISP ESM Multihop Mobility

Does any body knows what this Iisp error message means: Here as the error message and xtr and MS/MR

All devices EIDs  are being registered in MS, MR is correctly locating the RLOCs of endpoints  but lisp process is seems not to be initiated while trying to ping a device in the extended vlan in another xtr.

Just found out that I did not configure the global database that contains all IP subnets in my DC.

I just added it and everything is working fine.

ARP process is being initiated instead of lisp.

here is reference config:
