2 switches with 48 and 24 ports placed in stack.
As a new requirement the 24 port poe switch replaced with 48 port switch. But after giving stack connectivity and provisioning new 48 port switch, we are able to access only first 24 ports of new switch and from other ports unable to get ip.

how does stack look in inventory (matched S/Ns, models are recognized properly)?
did you reprovision stack with new member?

i asked for your CatC SW version & whether u read Release Notes to it.
CatC doesnt interact with switch hardware blocks (e.g. ports) directly. instead it creates objects in its DB & do visualization & configuration tasks using that objects. Thus from my pov u hit bug in CatC representing itself like failure to update port-objects in DB with replacement 24p member with 48p member. Call the TAC & ask them to involve BU bc only staff involved by BU is allowed to tweak DB.
my condolences.
