SDA IP Pools

Learning about SDA...

Is there a min limit on IP subnet size? I have created a global pool with /16 (10.100.0.0/16) and then trying to reserve multiple sub-pools with /24 but getting Error when trying to reserve adjacent /24s "Proposed subpool 10.100.3.0/24 conflicts with existing subpools in parent pool 10.100.0.0/16". I can reserve 10.100.0.0/24, 10.100.2.0/24, 10.100.4.0/24 etc but can't reserve 10.100.0.0/24, 10.100.1.0/24, 10.100.2.0/24 etc
