hello,can anyone help me konw that if the ucs mini 6324 QSFP can connect directly to none-cisco server or storage?

The 40 Gb scalability port is defined as:
The Cisco UCS 6324 Fabric Interconnect contains a scalability port as well as four unified ports. The scalability port is a 40GB QSFP+ breakout port that, with proper cabling, can support four 1G or 10G SFP+ ports. The scalability ports can be used as a licensed server port for supported Cisco UCS rack servers, an appliance port, or a FCoE port.
The port mode configured as an appliance mode will allow you to connect to an IP storage type solution (i.e. iSCSI, NFS, CIFs).
You would need to also check with the 3rd party hardware HCL to make sure it's QSFP or SFP ports are compatible with the Cisco QSFP cables/transceivers.
