Need some Help Here:
I have two Nexus 5548 connected to each other Via Port san-portchannel. The Members of the Port channel go to VSAN 1 by default. How Can I add my Ports which members of VSAN 200 to the Port Channel.
Here is what I have on two switches
Switch-104
san-port-channel 104 is up
Hardware is Fibre Channel
Port WWN is 24:68:00:2a:6a:e3:7d:40
Admin port mode is auto, trunk mode is on
snmp link state traps are enabled
Port mode is E
Port vsan is 1
Speed is 16 Gbps
1 minute input rate 336 bits/sec, 42 bytes/sec, 0 frames/sec
1 minute output rate 208 bits/sec, 26 bytes/sec, 0 frames/sec
6316 frames input, 407640 bytes
0 discards, 0 errors
0 CRC, 0 unknown class
0 too long, 0 too short
6317 frames output, 381824 bytes
0 discards, 0 errors
3 input OLS, 5 LRR, 4 NOS, 0 loop inits
10 output OLS, 9 LRR, 7 NOS, 0 loop inits
last clearing of "show interface" counters never

Hello,
Not sure I understand but let me take a shot. If you want to make sure that VSAN 200 traffic is carried over the port-channel then make sure VSAN 200 exists on both switches and that it is trunked over the port-channel. The VSAN membership of the port-channel itself is fine as VSAN 1.
Best regards,
Jim
