Cisco Initial configuration is getting struck at the Loader.

Whats the root cause for this issue /what steps can be taken to resolve it.?

Manual says If the switch boots to the loader> or switch(boot) prompts, contact your storage vendor support organization for technical assistance.

This can occur due to various reasons, including corrupted bootloader or boot image, incorrect boot configuration, or hardware problems.

What is your model ? 

Do #dir flash: or #dir boorflash: to see if you have the bin file in it.

Do #dir flash: or #dir boorflash: to see if you have the bin file in it.
Sure will run above command , If we have bin file, What we need to do next ?

If you have bin file do #boot bootflash: *.bin

With * the name of the bin file.
