I believe it should be done following the below precedure: {need to figure out the correct path for the installation of your FM}
1. open
$MDS_HOME\jboss\server\default\deploy\jboss-web.deployer\server.xml
if http, go to the first "Connector" under "Service" and find port
attribute, and change it to your desired port number
if https, go to the third "Connector" under "Service", and change
the port attribute.
2. Save the file and restart fm server.
