Connecting DS9148 to IBM DS4700

Greetings!

I want to utilize IBM DS4700 disk array with Cisco DS9148 switch, serving multiple hosts. I have managed to connect all ports (two ports from two controllers) from DS4700 to DS9148 and I use zoning to connect host ports to different array ports. This is the least possible traffic distribution configuration which apparently seem to be non-fault tolerant and also one of the links can be overloaded some day.

Is there any way to combine switch fabric and array fabric to allow traffic from one host go through any link between switch and array? Array show itself as different port wwns (on each link) and one node wwn.

Does host connect port-to-port or it can connect port-to-node? Something like port-channeling or domain joining or maybe switch can proxy array node ports behind itself.

port 14-16 are array ports, others are hosts.

And more simple question - as far as I know MDS9148 do not have LUN zoning after 5.1 - does that mean there is no way to hide unneeded devices for host?

Sincerely yours.
