Does M9124PL8-4G-AP= SKU contain only license or both hardware AND license ?

Hello folks,

We have a customer that bought a Cisco MDS 9124 Multilayer Fabric Switch with its 8 licensed ports 4Gbps Fibre Channel-SW SFP transceivers through the SKU DS-C9124AP-K9.

We added to the switch additional (supposed) 16 ports and licenses through the quantity 2 of M9124PL8-4G-AP= SKU.

However, we received only the licenses of the ports, but we didn't receive the ports (hardware) themselves.

Can anyone please confirm to me if the SKU "M9124PL8-4G-AP=" contains only the license ? Or both hardware AND license ?

Note 1: License documentation ships with switch unit in Accessory Kit for customer installation on switch.

Looks like you should have gotten SFPs also.

So, I think it may be a delivery problem. (many thanks to our local customs service *sigh*)
