I understand how to create and add ports to a vsan. I am having issues finding out how to enable a vsan. I guess my question is do I enable the zoneset on muyltiple vsans? If I had zoneset 100 and 300 would I do the following, if not, how do I get the second vsan to work?
zoneset activate name ZONESET_V1 vsan 100
zoneset activate name ZONESET_V1 vsan 300

zoneset is specific to a VSAN. Why are you trying to accomplish ?
I am sure there are other means to achieve what you are looking.
If you are trying to establish connectivity between VSAN without merging then IVR may be helpful.

I am looking to have two active vsans to separate traffic from our Oracle ZS4-4 storage and HDS SAN. Can you have two vsans active? I notice that when you activate the zoneset you have to specify vsan, but the documentation I have read says you can only have one zoneset active.

You need to have two separate zone set, one on each VSAN. I use separate VSAN for my production(91) and DEV_QA environment. only the initiators (hosts) are connected to different ports which are associated with respective VSAN. You may also reserve some of the storage front end ports for each VSAN.

To be best practise compliant, you need actually
one VSAN per Fabric A/B for production, e.g. 10 and 11
and
one VSAN per Fabric A/B for DEV-QA, e.g. 20 and 21.
Therefore you achieve pysically and logically fabric separation.
And of course this implies 4 savesets, one per vsan !

Can you have two separate zonesets enabled at the same time?

There can only be one active zoneset per vsan ? you could in principle however have more than one.

I have two separate zonesets, running on two different switches. I currently have vsan 100 which is my A and vsan 200 which is my B. I want to create vsan 300 and vsan 400. When I activate the zoneset, it has to be activated on a vsan, so without being able to have another zoneset active, how do I get 2 more vsan's enabled?

I assume your 2 switches are not interconnected by a ISL ?
Zoning is done by vsan, therefore creating a new vsan means creating zones for this vsan, and a zoneset (which needs activation) linking this zones.
vsan is the feature to have logical separation, which of course also implies zoning; therefore a mistake of a zoneconfiguration in one vsan doesn't impact the other vsan's.
