External Mini SAS port/card on a UCS

Hello,

I'm using a HP Tape Storage ( Ultrium 3280). This tape storage has a SAS cable and I want to connect it on my UCS 220 M3..

Question : What it the Mini-SAS (SFF-8088) card that is compatible with a UCS 220 M3. i.e have an external SAS port.

I had Similar Case, and  found the  Few options.

1. Options A,  Cisco one is partial support,  however needs to evaluated in this Case.

Cisco Adapter  Supports only  SFF8644   Mini SAS,  Not  SFF-8088 Port.

However there is a cable where you can convert  SFF-8644 to  SFF-8088,   Again this has to be evaluated or Tested in LAB.
