Fabric Path between 7k & 5k

Hi

If i have nexus 7000 in core and nexus 5000 in aggregation, can i configure fabric path between 7k & 5k, although i know that it is a feature of 7k which requires F card, but does that mean that i need to have 7k also in aggregation.

5500 can dont think 5k will, not positive on those

My appologies dave, i have N-5596UP, but can code 5.1 run fabric path configuration with 7010, if yes can you share a link on which i can find fabric path config on N-5596UP.

Nope you're good with those and at port level "switchport mode fabric" will get you going.
