Firmware upgrade correct steps?

We are carrying out a firmware upgrade on our 9509’s from 3.3(1c) to 5.2(2) and I want to know if the steps below are correct?

Check hosts for paths to both Fabric's.

Take a backup of the config for all the switches.

On Fabric A upgrade switch 1 to 4.1(x)

Upgrade switch 2 in Fabric A to 4.1(x)

On Fabric A upgrade switch 1 to 5.0(x)

Upgrade switch 2 in Fabric A to 5.0(x)

On Fabric A upgrade switch 1 to 5.2(2)

Upgrade switch 2 in Fabric A to 5.2(2)

When happy, then do the same for Fabric B for the other switches.

looks good, just follow the release notes to go to the correct intermediate code level so that upgrade is non disruptive
