flow control on FEX 2248 / Tx Pause

Hey guys

cut a storage network over to my FEX modules yesterday, getting Tx Pause errors facing the physical storage.

Interface is synched up to 10G/full which is great - no errors escept Tx Pause

This (i believe) is causing browsing of file shares to be rather slow

Question:

How do we turn flow control off on the FEX interface (i know its turned on by default) - do we think that will resolve the Tx Pause errors?
