I see that the CPU usage is 96% idle. However memory used is 819532K & free memory to be 213568K.
The memory usage seen is the same for graphical view in device manager and via CLI.
Please advise

Hello Chetan,
your switch is normal, no worry.
San OS or NX-OS is linux OS, as you can see below, the used memory is the total of resident memory + cache memory. Cache memory is resuable, therefore, when the system need memory, it will re-use cache memory.
