Hi ,
As soon as I logged into 9124 CLI I found error ( may be warning)messages as below:
2011 Jul 22 08:02:27 <Switchname> %AUTHPRIV-2-SYSTEM_MSG: stdin not a tty
2011 Jul 22 08:02:37 <Switchname>%AUTHPRIV-2-SYSTEM_MSG: stdin not a tty
2011 Jul 22 08:02:47 <Switchname>%AUTHPRIV-2-SYSTEM_MSG: stdin not a tty
2011 Jul 22 08:02:57 <Switchname>%AUTHPRIV-2-SYSTEM_MSG: stdin not a tty
What is the cause behind this error message? Where and what to set right to avoid this?
or How to stop it or disable it ?Thanks.

How often do you get these, or was it a one off?
If regular, it looks like you have some automated process somewhere connecting to the switch. I'd tend to think it is something automated as it's every 10 seconds.
Find that 1st.

As you presumed, it is appearing once in 10 seconds, not even let it type a command on CLI.
Anyhow Couldt be it stopped...
Thanks.

Hello,
I did a TAC SR search and found that the messages your seeing are typically caused by external devices attempting to reach the MDS switch.
You may want to sniff the mgmt connection to determine if this applies in your situation, and if so, you'll then know the source IP address of the device so that you can take the appropriate action.
Regards,
Ken
